Eddy Diakanua (b. 1990) is a Swedish–Norwegian creative photographer and visual storyteller based in Oslo. Born in Sweden on June 15, 1990, and holding dual citizenship, he brings a multicultural perspective to his artistic work. Eddy holds a diploma in IT programming and a Bachelor’s degree from France, blending technical insight with a highly expressive visual style.

His work is inspired by fashion imagery, strong character expression, and the dynamic aesthetics of manga — Japanese graphic novels known for their bold storytelling, dramatic angles, and visually striking characters. (Many people here confuse manga with anime; anime is the animated version, while manga is the original graphic/comic art form.)

Through his photography, Eddy creates powerful scenarios that highlight people in environments where their presence and personality feel truly alive. His style reflects vivid color, strong moods, and the heroic energy often found in main-character storytelling.

Collaboration is central to his process. Eddy enjoys building stories and crafting visually appealing sets together with others, shaping imaginative worlds that feel cinematic and expressive.

He has collaborated with music artists, agency models, private clients, and a wide range of creatives to bring their visions to life.
